MANILA, Philippines — Cloudy skies and rains will prevail in lots of components of the nation on Monday as a result of shear line, easterlies and the northeast monsoon or amihan, in accordance with the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Providers Administration (Pagasa).
