Days of Our Lives star Drake Hogestyn was remembered Saturday by fellow daytime drama actors as an “unbelievable man” who “cared about each single scene.”
Hogestyn, who died at age 70 from pancreatic most cancers, was described as “great and type man” whose dedication to DOOL was simply as essential as its followers. Hogestyn, who performed the beloved John Black, first joined the NBC sudser in 1986 and continued with it as soon as it moved from NBC to Peacock.
